Premium Auto Shield -Claim Process

If you have a service plan inquiry please follow the steps below:


1.Take your vehicle to a licensed service facility of your choice to have them diagnose and create an estimate of repairs needed for your vehicle. The estimate must be approved prior to work being done.

2.Have the service facility email us the estimate of repair(s) with labor and parts broken out separately for each item.  email us at claims@premiumautoshield.com

3.The estimate must include the date, VIN number and current odometer reading for your vehicle.

4.;We recommend having your service facility copy you on the email when they send it to us to ensure the email was sent.

5.For approved claims, we will email back to the service facility and copy you if you were copied on the original email a claim number and approved dollar amount for the claim

6.Once the work has been completed, have the service facility email us a signed invoice by you acknowledging the work has been completed to your satisfaction. The invoice must have the claim number on it.

7.Once all the above has been completed we will fund the service provider directly.


Note: Premium Auto Shield will only fund the service provider for approved claims.
